We had a room with lovely decor and a very clean bathroom to unwind, situated in a nice area with convenient access to a supermarket and stores.

It was a nice hotel in a great area, so close to outskirts of Hayling Island, and Portsmouth and lovely Hayling Island. I booked absolutely brilliant enjoyable room with a lovely view. The location was stunning, met approachable staff who could understand the problem better than their manager. I ate at the in-house restaurant near the venue.

Great and stunning location especially in the restaurant which was very quiet due the virus, royal style building. Lovely beds and an air conditioning, a kettle, and a writing table.

The hotel is fully equipped with lovely warm bedrooms. Efficient services and fast Wi-Fi are available. There is a downstairs bar and clean pool for guests to enjoy. the location on the outskirts of Hayling Island is great, with very accommodating facilities. It was a fabulous short experience there.

Appreciated the place, had a really great stay for a business trip. We had the superior queen room provided with a fan, bottle of fizz, harbour view. Location: the hotel was close to buses as well as meadows.

Breakfast was good and plentiful. Friendly, courteous staff. Very nice breakfast room and a great bar.
While taking a shower the whole bathroom was flooded.
